Eleven 18th-century casonas inside the UNESCO walled city of Campeche, restored over two decades by Irma and Sébastien. Each house is rented whole and private, with hotel-grade service: a dedicated House Manager, a cook and verified standards. Each with its own biography, its architect and its lime palette.
It is on the route because it is the western gateway and the thesis made stone: heritage is saved by inhabiting it. The traveler does not gaze at the historic city from a hotel: they live inside it, in a house with a courtyard, a kitchen and a name of its own.
